Hi Everyone!
Yes it's that time again. Christmas is over and the New Year has come in, and we are off to warmer climes on Thursday. (I hope so anyway)
This year we are staying closer to home and going to Spain, staying in the city of Valencia, right in the centre next to the Cathedral.
I think this year's blog will focus on food, wine, our friends coming out and our attempts to learn and speak more Spanish.
So take a look occasionally and it will be great to hear from you all.
